These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of "The Technical Founder Kit" (the "Kit"), a digital product provided by Growth Digital, operated by Paulo Eduardo Mendes Cândido (the "Company", "we", "us"), located at Av. das Araucárias, 4155, Bloco C, Sala 1507, Sul (Águas Claras), Brasília-DF, 71936-250, Brazil. By purchasing or using the Kit, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, do not purchase or use the Kit.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Kit. The Kit is intended for professional and educational use.
The Kit consists of: (1) a pack of 11 spec templates in Markdown; (2) a written guide in Markdown; (3) a complete production codebase as source files; (4) legal document templates. Delivery is fully digital, in a single downloadable archive.
The Kit is an educational and reference product. It does not include physical goods, mentoring, individual support, custom development, or any guarantee of commercial results.
All Kit content (guide, templates, codebase and legal templates) is owned by the Company and protected by applicable copyright and software laws. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material.
You MAY use the codebase and templates as the basis for as many of your own products as you like, including commercial products.
You MAY NOT: (a) resell, sublicense or redistribute the Kit itself; (b) share copies of the guide, templates or code with third parties; (c) publish the content on public or open platforms; (d) present the material as your own product.
The Kit is sold for a one-time price in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by a third-party checkout provider; we do not store your full payment details. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals.
Any applicable sales tax or VAT is handled at checkout by the payment provider, depending on your location.
After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to download the full archive (guide, templates, codebase and legal templates). Card payments are typically immediate. Access is granted for the lifetime of the product, with no expiration.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing support@specfounder.com. No justification or forms are required. Refunds are processed through the checkout provider used for your purchase.
The Kit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the codebase will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for: (a) technical, commercial or legal decisions you make using the material; (b) costs of third-party services (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, etc.); (c) any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or (d) commercial results you do or do not achieve. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit.
The codebase integrates with third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Inngest, Upstash). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /en/terms, with the last-updated date at the top. Your purchase is governed by the version in effect on the date of purchase.
The Company operates from Brazil; these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Questions about these Terms: support@specfounder.com.
